Black Swan Partners has delivered results on a range of derivative projects.  We have produced deliverables and innovative solutions for a broad range of clients, including some of the leading financial services companies in the market.

Each of our projects has involved developing new opportunities for existing businesses.

Project work carried out in partnership with our end client, both on and off site has included the following:

Assessing the opportunity for a new product in the international gaming and entertainment sector

Our client saw an opportunity to bring a UK-focused gaming product to an international audience.  Black Swan Partners were employed to estimate the potential market, consider the investment required and help the process of communicating the features of the new product to regulators and key customers.

taxicon Providing the framework to implement an engaging and compliant social media strategy for a UK spread betting start-up

Our client wanted the confidence to implement a unique, market leading spread betting social media strategy built on its existing brand, within FCA guidelines.  The main objectives were to secure a significant share of the voice in social media, identify regulatory related risks and opportunities, and to establish a strategic framework for social media activities.

Improving the account opening process for a leading CFD and spread betting provider

Our client wanted to switch to a new credit reference agency and use the change as an opportunity to update and improve its entire account opening process.  We identified ways to improve the mobile application form, capture data earlier in the process to improve conversion and make the entire process more automated.

taxicon Simplifying the existing fee structure whilst securing annual revenue for an award winning UK share-dealing service To complement a new branding launch, our client wanted to review its current pricing model and align it more closely with a philosophy of offering a clear, honest and good value service.  The primary objectives were to ensure revenue and customer growth while maintaining margins, to promote broking activity and align an increase in customers and AUA with an increase in revenue.

Providing market analysis and recommendations to facilitate a successful market entrance for a D2C investment management service

As a UK start up, our client wanted an examination of the D2C market with an identification of its optimum target market and an assessment of the potential for a successful entrance.
